Our Couch to 5k Run Club is starting up for the 3rd year, on April 4th! If you've been looking for a way to become more active, get in better shape, or improve your stamina, join us for an information session and decide if the club is right for you.

This session (which will take place on Zoom) is not mandatory for participation in our program, but will give you more information and answer any questions you have.
