ANDERSON COUNTY, SC — A woman was arrested after being caught with more than 1500 grams of cocaine inside a fake rubber pregnancy belly at a traffic stop along Interstate 85, the Anderson County Sheriff's Office said Sunday.

Two people — driver Anthony Miller and Cemeka Mitchem, who was posing as a mother-to-be—were pulled over during a proactive patrol, the sheriff's office said.
