Tymeka Lakager Moore, 27, Jimmy Dunbar, Jr., 32, and Yusuf Karim Aquil, 34, were arrested and charged with killing Marion J. Spencer on Sept. 18 on Candi Lane near Riverbanks Zoo. Firefighters responded to a brush fire around midnight on Sept. 18 when they found a body and called police.  Two hours later fire crews found a vehicle on fire on East Exchange Blvd. that was registered to the victim. Moore is charged with murder, third degree arson, kidnapping, armed robbery and criminal conspiracy. Dunbar is charged with murder, third degree arson, kidnapping, armed robbery and criminal conspiracy and possession of a firearm during the commission of a violent crime. Aquil is charged with murder, kidnapping, armed robbery and criminal conspiracy.
