After Monday's cold snap left many of us shivering, we wondered if fall was here to stay.  According to the <a href="http://forecast.weather.gov/MapClick.php?lat=33.9873389&amp;lon=-81.0368211&amp;site=all&amp;smap=1&amp;searchresult=Columbia%2C%20SC%2029201%2C%20USA" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">National Weather Service,</a> Tuesday will have a high around 68 degrees and a low around 49 degrees.  Wednesday will be warmer with a high around 80 degrees.
