For the third time in less than a month, a man pretended to place an order at an area Zaxby's before presenting a handgun and stealing money from the cash register, a sheriff's office press release stated. This time it was the restaurant on Sams Crossing Drive.  Around 8 p.m. on Wednesday, a suspect was caught on surveillance attempting the same order-then-rob scheme at Zaxby's. The suspect is a black male wearing dark pants and a dark hoodie with a white t-shirt. He left in an older black Honda. It is unclear if the same man committed all three armed robberies.  A $1,000 reward is being offered for information about these robberies.
