Easley Chamber Names Palmetto Martial Arts Business of the Month

Palmetto Martial Arts School is a sport Tae Kwon Do school located at 1962 E. Main Street, Easley. They were selected as the March business of the month by the board of directors of the . Palmetto Martial Arts School currently has 135 students from ages 6 to adult. Emphasis is placed on self defense and character development at this school.

Owner and head instructor, John Roberson, is the only Level 2 Certified TKD coach in South Carolina. He will be adding 1,500 square feet to their floor space in the next six weeks to be more efficient in their instruction and allow for additional students.  

Palmetto Martial Arts will be the host for the 2012 South Carolina Tae Kwon Do Championships to be held at Powdersville High School on March 17. About     150 families are expected to stay in the Powdersville/Easley area during that weekend.
