The School District of Pickens County said that a fire at the bus office on Thursday night destroyed one of two portables. The fire appears to have been caused by an electrical problem, according to the district. Buses are running normal routes on Friday, however some delays could be experienced in the Daniel and Liberty areas. Parents may contact the bus office at 639-5143 (Daniel) or 639-5142 (Liberty) or Studen Transportation Services at 397-1160.
