Inman Plans to Appeal His Death Row Conviction

A man on death row for the death of an Upstate college student said he will now appeal his conviction.
Jerry Buck Inman who was sentenced to death row for raping and strangling Clemson University student Tiffany Souers in May 2006 will go before the state Supreme Court on Wednesday, according to WYFF.
Inman is asking for his sentence to be thrown out because he claims the prosecutors intimidated a key witness.
