• Man found along Upstate roadway died after crash, coroner says (wyff4.com) — An Easley resident, 36-year-old Jody Mason, was found dead Friday morning in woods off CPR Way at Welcome Road in Anderson County, days after crashing his vehicle nearby. The coroner now says he died from blunt abdominal trauma and believes he walked away from the wreck before being discovered shortly after he was reported missing.
