Recording of 911 Call Released in Case of Missing West Ashley Woman
Robert McCaffrey was ticketed in Travelers Rest on the morning his wife was reported missing.

Charleston County officials have released the recording of the 911 call of a husband reporting his wife missing.
Robert McCaffrey told deputies that he left the West Ashley home he shares with Marjorie and their two children around 10 p.m. Saturday, March 17, and headed to a second home the family keeps in Easley. He said Marjorie McCaffrey was home when he left, and that the two had an argument earlier in the day, according to a Charleston County Sheriff's Office report.

Multiple media outlets have reported that Robert McCaffrey was stopped for speeding in Travelers Rest about 2 a.m. Sunday.
