UPDATE: Students Injured in Crash This Morning
The School District of Pickens County said several students have been transported to Baptist Easley Hospital and others to Greenville Memorial Hospital.

The School District of Pickens County said two McKissick students and one Easley High student also were transported to Baptist Hospital in Easley.
All parents whose children were involved in the wreck have been contacted and are with them at this time.Â

According to the school district, the wreck occurred at approximately 7:25 a.m. at the intersection of West A Avenue and Highway 135 in Easley.

School administrators have confirmed that seven students were transported to Greenville Memorial Hospital. Three of the students attended McKissick Elementary, one attended Gettys Middle and three attended Easley High School.
The district said none of the injuries are critical.

Several students from McKissick Elementary and Easley High School were injured on Tuesday morning after the bus they were riding was involved in a wreck with a passenger van.
According to the School District of Pickens County several students have been transported to Baptist Easley Hospital and others to Greenville Memorial Hospital.
At this time, the number of students and the extent of their injuries have not been confirmed, according to a release from the district. Early reports, however, are that no injury is critical.
Administrators began contacting parents immediately upon verification of the names of the injured students. Administrators from the school and the district are on site at both Baptist Easley and Greenville Memorial.Â
