Unity Festival to be Held This Weekend
Community to celebrate Black History Month with fashion show and parade.

Easley's Family Unity Festival will be held this weekend in Old Market Square.
The festival, held the second Saturday each February, began 10 years ago as a simple parade to celebrate Black History Month in the community. Liz Robinson, who helps to organize the event, said that each year the festival has continued to grow.
"The Family Unity Festival is an opportunity for people of all races to celebrate the positive changes and growth in their community," Robinson said.
