Christmas in August? Make Christmas Great for the Troops with This Goose Creek Event

Operation Christmas Stocking kicks off with its fundraiser 6-9 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 24, at American Legion Post 166 on Howe Hall Road.

This fun and uplifting project is by the Tricounty Blue Star Mothers. Tickets are $10.

The event features speakers, music, door prizes and more.
