SLED agents arrested a Goose Creek man Tuesday on allegations of taking funds from the sale of equipment belonging to another person.
Dan Daniels, 56, has been charged with one count of Breach of Trust with Fraudulent Intent, value of $10,000 or more. This is a felony, which carries up to 10 years in prison.Â
