Suspect Sought in Goose Creek Shooting

Sammy McCrae wanted for attempted murder.

Berkeley County Sheriff's Office has issued a warrant for Sammy McCrae for attempted murder. 

McCrae of 112 Wright Lane in Goose Creek is wanted in connection with a shooting Tuesday night in the Goose Creek area. 

At about 8 p.m. Tuesday, McCrae was allegedly involved in an argument with a man at 1 Leroy Court. The Sheriff's Office released a statement saying McCrae shot the man at that location follow the dispute.

Following the first shooting, a man confronted McCrae, who allegedly shot at him but did not injure him, according to Berkeley County Sheriff's Office.

The first victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment of his injury.

McCrae is 5-foot, 3-inches and weighs 160 pounds.
