• Landrum City Council tables proposed ordinance on amplified outdoor live music (tryondailybulletin.com) — Landrum City Council has delayed a vote on new rules that would cap outdoor amplified live music at 60 decibels and limit venues to 24 events a year, after strong feedback from residents and businesses. Stubborn Mule’s owners and more than 1,000 petition signers are pushing for a higher limit, while officials gather more data before revising the proposal at future meetings.
