2 Lexington One Schools Receive Grants

Forts Pond Elementary and Pelion Elementary both received 21st Century Community Learning Center grants from the South Carolina Department of Education.

The grants will provide up to $200,000 annually for up to four years to operate a community learning center that provides a multitude of academic and enrichment activities for students before and after school, as well as during the summer.
