Five Gambling Devices Seized from Lexington Bar

Five more illegal video gambling machines have been seized from a Lexington bar, the Lexington County Sheriff’s Department announced Friday.

Investigators along with State Law Enforcement Division agents seized five machines — two cabinet-style devices and three table-top devices — from the Rags to Riches bar located at 4878-A Sunset Boulevard in Lexington on Thursday, according to a sheriff’s department release.

A Lexington County magistrate on Friday determined that the five devices were illegal.

The illegal gambling machines included two Jungle King machines, one Monkey Land, one Crazy Bug and one Ticket Master.

Investigators said they also seized $1,027 in cash.

This is the second time this week law enforcement officers have confiscated illegal gambling machines.
