• Shootings at Manning apartment complex leave neighbors concerned (wistv.com) — Two recent gang-related shootings at Manning Gardens Apartments have left residents on edge after bullets pierced occupied units, though no one was injured. Manning police are working with complex management to add surveillance cameras and partnering with the Clarendon County Sheriff’s Office to address gang activity in the area, while neighbors say they just want to feel safe sitting outside their homes.
