A.J. Hansen is the newest member of the Mauldin Police Department. Hansen was sworn in to his position during Monday's City Council meeting.
Officer Hansen is a graduate of Bob Jones University in Greenville and is also a member of the Marine Reserve. He will attend the 12-week South Carolina Criminal Justice Academy starting in September and is planning to be married in August.
