Arrest Made in Latest Hailee's Incident

Suspect fled in vehicle and crashed

22-year-old Jerico Tramain Davis was arrested Friday morning for his involvement in an incident at Hailee’s Bar and Grill.

Mauldin Police said officers were called to 1178 Woodruff Road for a disturbance in the parking lot at approximately 5:15 a.m. When police arrived, Davis fled the scene and subsequently crashed his car at the nearby IHOP, where he was apprehended.

Witnesses said that earlier Davis pointed a handgun at another male in the parking lot of Hailee’s and threatened to kill him.

Davis is being held at the Greenville County Detention Center awaiting a bond hearing. There were no injuries as a result of the Davis’ alleged actions.

The incident is the latest in a series of crimes at Hailee’s, which is currently having its business license reviewed with the possibility that it will be revoked.
