Earlier this week a taking place at West Butler Road and Pinecrest Drive next to the . Thanks to the city of Mauldin's head of building and zoning, Peter Nomikos, we have an answer. According to Nomikos, land is being cleared for a two-story office building that will be home to a doctor's office and be equipped for further expansion. It is owned by Palmetto Internal Medicine.
