Once a year Miriam Garzon treats the women of the Mauldin Chamber of Commerce to something special—her cooking. Her cooking is, in fact, special, at least to the Mauldin area, as her dishes are inspired by her native Colombia.
This year’s event was held last night in her home. The event was sponsored by the and was on a first-come, first-serve basis. Mauldin Patch was able to get a peek (and a taste) of the food and is already looking forward to Miriam’s next creation.
