Five Things to Do This Weekend

If you’re looking for something to do in (or near) Mauldin this weekend then look no further. See our calendar for more events, but here are five:

1. Take in a movie tonight at Sunset Park. It’s of the kid-friendly film Shark Tales.
2. Swing on back to Sunset Park on Saturday and take in the Mauldin Maulers as they play host to some of the best wheelchair softball teams in the Southeast.
3. One of country music’s biggest stars—Miranda Lambert—plays tonight at the Heritage Park Amphitheatre in Simpsonville. You can still buy tickets here.
4. Welcome home a hero. Marine Colonel Mindy Williams comes home from Iraq after a six-month tour. A crowd will be there to greet her when she touches down at GSP Airport.
5. Join members of the as they make the hop, skip and jump to the Greenville Drive game on Saturday night. You can sign up at the church’s website here.
