With the kids back in school this week the calendar is a little bit more full. There is plenty more, but here are just five things to do without straying too far from Mauldin:
- The begins tonight at 6 p.m. Even though the games were moved to Hillcrest, Mauldin will be considered the host. It’s the Mavericks last test before the regular season starts next Friday.
- A Zumba Master Class in the BI-LO parking lot on West Butler Road is just one of the events . BI-LO is providing drinks and snacks on Saturday while the Zumba Class starts at 9 a.m. There will be a dunk tank from 3p.m. to 7p.m. that will allow folks to "dunk" Mauldin Police Officers, including Chief Bryan Turner.
- Are you smarter than a third-grader? A version of the popular game show comes to the TD Bank Convention Center tomorrow at 7 p.m. Tickets are $7. Proceeds benefit Greenville County Schools.
- On Sunday you can help out Mauldin High athletes by contributing to the Mavs Membership Blitz. It starts Sunday at 2. More information .
- Todd Olson is the featured act this weekend at the ongoing . Shows start at 7 p.m. both nights.
