There are an awful lot of good places to eat in and around Mauldin, whether it’s for breakfast, lunch or dinner. There are also plenty of good non-professional cooks out there, too. Folks who don’t cook for a living, but just for the fun of it. In recognition of this abundance, we’re starting a new feature on Mauldin Patch called Great Plates.
We start off with the Cajun Cheeseburger from in the Golden Strip Center on Main Street. The burger is stacked with lettuce and onions and flavored with just the right amount of Cajun. It’s accompanied by perfectly seasoned fries, a side of fruit and a dessert, making it the best antidote imaginable to fast food.
