A sampling of residential properties in Mauldin

One of the reasons why Mauldin (and the rest of the Golden Strip) is such an attractive place to live is because of the relatively low cost of living, specifically, the affordability of buying a home.

Last week we looked at homes for sale with a price tag above $200,000, which are still a pretty good deal, if you compare the cost of a similar-sized home in almost any other market. Speaking of size, this week’s look at available residences is based on square footage, with the largest being first.
