This afternoon Mauldin Police and the US Marshals Fugitive Task Force that they have located and arrested (AKA Dameo Marello Harris). Davis was arrested as he was leaving an apartment on Lanford Drive in Greenville on Tuesday, January 17, 2012. He was arrested without incident and is currently being detained at the Greenville County Detention Center awaiting a bond hearing. He is charged with the following crimes as a result of an incident on Thursday, January 12:
- Attempted Murder
- Attempted Armed Robbery
- Possession of a Weapon During a Violent Crime Possession of a Firearm by a Person Convicted of a Violent Felony
- Discharging a Firearm Into a Dwelling
