Shining Stars is a tutoring service like no other. Teachers are certified teachers in their fields. We tutor pre k all the way into college. We also are trained to work with kids with all disabilities. Kids with autism, ADD,ADHD, oppositional defiant disorder, dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalcula and Down’s syndrome. We also offer social skills classes and life skills classes for teens and adults with disabilities.

Mauldin High's boys cross country team picked up a significant early season win yesterday in taking home the first-place trophy at the Lake Murray Invitational in Irmo. The Mavericks placed six runners in the top 20, three of whom were in the top 10. Marc Delisle was fifth with a time of 16:22:23, Charlie Cook seventh at 16:27:58 and  and Noah LaBelle, ninth at 16:31:44. Mauldin's girls cross country team finished seventh, with top finisher Frazier Beane taking sixth place.
