Mauldin High's SAT Scores Hold Steady

Mauldin High’s average SAT scores dropped very slightly from 2010 to 2011. The scores went up in Reading from 492 to 494. But, they fell in Math from 506 in 2010 to 497 in 2011. In Writing there was a small drop from 479 to 474.

317 Seniors—or 64 percent of the entire class—took the test. The total number of students taking the test was down 36 students from 2010.

Mauldin’s scores were sixth best out of the county’s 17 public schools.
