Mauldin Maulers Put a Wrap on Season

Last night the Mauldin Maulers put a ribbon on their 2011 season with a game against staff from the Mauldin Sports Center. In a game where smiles were what counted more than what was on the scorecard, the Maulers won 13-6.

The highlight of the Maulers' season was the , which brought teams from across the southeast to the Miracle League Field. Plans are in the works to make that a regular event and there is also talk of creating a league of teams featuring wheelchair softball teams from nearby cities. We’ll keep you posted.
