Mauldin Patch Hosts Lunch and Learn

On Thursday, the was the host for a Lunch and Learn session sponsored by Mauldin Patch. In the session, local businesses learned more about Patch and how to utilize their free listing.

If you own business in the Mauldin area and were unable to attend the Lunch and Learn, a short video will show you how to claim your listing. It can be viewed HERE.

Claiming your listing is a great (and free) way for you to communicate with existing and future customers. You can:

• Respond to user reviews of your business and encourage your happy customers to rate you on Patch.

• Post an unlimited number of photos of your business with complete control over the photo captions.

• Encourage your current clients to "follow" your listing on Patch. They will be informed every time you add an event to our calendar, upload a new photo to your listing or are mentioned in an article.

• If you have a Facebook page, you can post a link to your Patch listing from your Facebook wall. Encourage your Facebook friends to check out your listing and review or rate your business on Patch. 

• Comment on stories and articles that appear in your Patch or other local Patches. Doing so will make people in your community familiar with your business name. Those people can find out more about you and your area of expertise when they read your comments and by visiting your listing.

• Post events being held at your business on our events calendar and post a job on our marketplace page if you are hiring and looking for local help.
