With a and abundant sunshine above their heads, players got 2011 Miracle League Season under way on Saturday. Opening Day for the Miracle League made an excellent bookend to the , which was also on Saturday at Sunrise Park.
Three games were played on Saturday--the Braves took on the Orioles, the Cubs battled the Cardinals, and in the best rivalry in sports, the Red Sox played the Yankees.
