New Patch Feature: Last Chance

Today we begin a new weekly feature on Mauldin Patch called Last Chance. Editors are not the only ones who have to deal with deadlines, we all have to in some way or another. So, we thought it would be a good idea to let our readers know of upcoming deadlines in our many schools, churches and community organizations.

Here are three:

• Any Mauldin High School senior with a combined score of 1200 on the reading and math portion of the SAT or a 27 composite score or higher on the ACT needs to see Mrs. Dalton Kelsey to be recognized on the plaques located outside of the front office. You must come by the guidance office to notify Mrs. Kelsey before March 30th. If you have any questions or concerns please email Mrs. Kelsey at dkelsey@greenville.k12.sc.us.
• All Mauldin High students attending prom and bringing a guest from another school must complete and form and return it to Ms. Christie Williamson in the front office by March 30. Forms are available in the front office.
• And if you're planning on running for political office you'll need to register by noon this Friday, March 30. The Greenville County Board of Elections page has all you need to know.
