Obituary: Oretha Arnold of Mauldin

Oretha Myral Terry Arnold, 74, of 24 W. Golden Strip Drive, died March 17, 2013 at St. Francis Hospital.

A native of Pelham, daughter of Lillie M. Nelson Terry and the late Fred O. Terry, she was a retired employee of Her Majesty and of the Church of God of Prophecy faith.

Also surviving are her husband, Charles Arnold of the home; a son and daughter-in-law, Mike and Joan Arnold of Mauldin; a daughter and son-in-law, Donna and Mark Roebuck of Newport News, Virginia; three brothers, Darrell Terry and Sonny Terry both of California, and Art Terry of Powdersville; a sister, Wilma Hand of Simpsonville; four grandchildren, Brittany Arnold, Ashley Arnold, Courtney Arnold, and Deanna Guthrie; and one great-granddaughter, Lily Arnold.

Mrs. Arnold was predeceased by one brother, Harold Terry.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at The Wood Mortuary, conducted by Rev. Wayne Hinton and Rev. James Beck. Burial will follow in Graceland East Memorial Park.

Visitation will be held 12:00-1:45 p.m. Wednesday at The Wood Mortuary.
