Police Blotter July 15-17

The following arrest information was supplied by the Mauldin Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction. The incident report from July 15 to July 17:

July 15

Carlos Valdez-Garcia, 46 of Mauldin, was charged with criminal domestic violence.

Yarilys Hernandez, 26 of Mauldin, was charged with third degree assault and battery.

Ryan Janey, 25 of Greenville, and Charita Fawbush, 30 of Mauldin, were charged with disturbance at 408 West Butler Road, which is the listed address for Wilco Fuel Plaza.

Franklin Hidalgo, 27 of Greenville, was charged with driving under the influence and driving with a license under suspension.

July 16

Tracey Cole, 45 of Mauldin, was charged with disturbance.

Tony Harris, 35 of Mauldin, was charged with trespassing, failure to stop for police and disorderly conduct.

James Thomas, 49 of Gray Court, was charged with an open container violation and driving under the influence.

July 17

Summer Ferguson, 18 of Greer, was charged as a minor being in possession of alcohol as was a minor in her company.

James Whitney, 20 of Greenville, was charged with an open container violation, being a minor in possession of alcohol and driving with a license under suspension.

Miles Nork, 25 of Simpsonville, was charged with drug equipment violations.
