Police Blotter: Sept. 9-11 - More Charges at Hailee's
Establishment has been under scrutiny

The problems continue at Hailee’s Sports Bar and Grill. Last night police were called to the location and the following charges were filed:
-Assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature
-Assault

-Disorderly conduct

-Driving under the influence
-Resisting arrest
The incidents come at a time when the City of Mauldin is considering revoking Hailee’s business license and when owner Sonny Ninan filed an injunction to stop an ordinance that would prevent the serving of alcohol after 2 a.m.
The following were provided by the Mauldin Police department and do not indicate a conviction. Elsewhere:
Sept. 9
Simple assault charges were filed at 782 East Butler Road.
Weapons laws were violated at 10 Winchester Court.
Persons were charged with driving under the influence on West Butler Road and also at Ashmore Bridge road near Adams Mill Road. The individual charged with DUI at West Butler Road was also charged with operating an uninsured vehicle and hit and run.
Sept. 10
A robbery was reported at 10 Moore St.
A larceny was reported at 107 Peachtree Lane.
Persons were charged with driving under the influence on Corn Road and at the intersection of Hyde Park and East Butler Road.
Sept. 11
An individual was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia at I-385 and East Butler Road. That same individual was charged with reckless driving.
