Shining Stars is a tutoring service like no other. Teachers are certified teachers in their fields. We tutor pre k all the way into college. We also are trained to work with kids with all disabilities. Kids with autism, ADD,ADHD, oppositional defiant disorder, dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalcula and Down’s syndrome. We also offer social skills classes and life skills classes for teens and adults with disabilities.

Prior to the 4th of July we asked readers to submit their fireworks photos to our contest, with the best photo bringing its owner a $50 prize. We received submission from a far and wide and we've attached the best of them above. After much consternation... The Winner is...Kelcie Hathcock who's picture of streaming sparklers was, well, sparkling. Congratulations Kelcie!
