Run-Offs Set for Tuesday in Mauldin and Simpsonville
Polling locations the same as Nov. 8
Mauldin and Simpsonville voters will return to the polls tomorrow for the run-off election for Council Seat 6. The race is between incumbent and challenger Larry Goodson.
In Simpsonville, voters there will choose their mayor from either .
Neither race was decided when voters first went to the polls two weeks ago.

In the general election on Nov. 8, Dennis Raines incumbent Don Godbey in the mayoral race.

Goodson won 48.6 percent of the vote . He needed 50 percent plus one to avoid a run-off. Reynolds' second-place finish assured him a spot in the run-off.
The run-offs in Mauldin and Simpsonville will and will occur even though Bob Cook ran unopposed for Seat 2 on the City Council.
