Batting leadoff seems to suit Scott Wingo. In Missoula, MT last night the former Mauldin High star went two-for-two with a pair of runs scored while batting at the top of the order for the Ogden Raptors. The Raptors won 10-3. Wingo also walked twice to go with his double and single. He came around to score two runs and also stole a base, his third for Ogden. After being hitless in his first 18 at-bats, Wingo has gone 11-for-28 which is a .393. That has brought his overall average up to .239.
