Monday night's city council meeting had some younger guests than usual. Daisy Scout Troop 993 and Boy Scout Troop 15 spent some time watching democracy in action.
Troop 15 provided the color during the Pledge of Allegiance prior to the meeting, and earned a merit badge for their efforts.
