Shining Stars is a tutoring service like no other. Teachers are certified teachers in their fields. We tutor pre k all the way into college. We also are trained to work with kids with all disabilities. Kids with autism, ADD,ADHD, oppositional defiant disorder, dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalcula and Down’s syndrome. We also offer social skills classes and life skills classes for teens and adults with disabilities.

Mauldin Police are reporting that shots were fired at on Saturday morning. Police say they arrived at the establishment at approximately 2:30 for an alcohol compliance check and were subsequently called back nine minutes later. When they returned there was a commotion in the parking lot and witnesses said two gun shots were fired. Police noticed a Hailee's employee had been injured trying to break up a fight inside. He sustained cuts and bruises to his face. No arrests were made. For a history of the city of Mauldin's relationship with Hailee's see the right sidebar.
