Senior Center employee Vicki Chesney knew there was a Tiki Party planned for Thursday. What she didn't know was many of the seniors would be there to celebrate her birthday. Vicki was made "Queen for a Day" and giving the tiara and gown to prove it. The party featured a limbo competition, frozen drinks and catering from Moe's. It was hard to tell who had more fun, Vicki or the seniors who surprised her.
