Upstate Company Brings Safe Shelter to Oklahoma
American HomePride will install storm shelters in the wake of killer tornado.

A Greenville business will be traveling to Oklahoma and installing potentially hundreds of underground shelters in the wake of this week's killer tornado.
American HomePride, a home-improvement firm, said demand is high now and that the company wants to help out in any way it can, WYFF reported.
"We're going to be installing these wherever there is a need for them," American HomePride representative Richard Logan told the station. "We're all Americans, and we do what we can to help those folks out in a time of need."
The shelters, which vary in size, can fit from between six to 25 people. The shelters are waterproof, lock from the inside, are ventilated, and come with GPS so that first responders can locate occupants should debris fall on the lid making it difficult to get out.
