Several years ago, the empty spot next to (then known as Mutt's) on East Butler Road was on the verge of being developed. Housing for seniors was rumored to be in the works, but then surrounding property owners raised concerns and the project was scuttled.
Now, the project would appear to be a great location for a lot of things, from residential to commercial enterprises.
