• It is on Mountain Standard Time, two hours behind Mauldin.
• Its population is about 83,000 as of the 2010 Census.
• It is about 45 minutes (by car) north of Salt Lake City, Utah’s largest city.
• Ogden sits at the eastern edge of the Great Salt Lake.
• It also has an excellent view of the Wasatch Mountain Range, which is part of the Rocky Mountains.
• Ogden is home to Weber State University—the Wildcats.
• Ogden’s most famous natives are probably the Osmond family.
