Council Plans Two Meetings Monday
Council calls meeting to discuss local option taxes, $28 million bond.
The Mount Pleasant Town Council will hold its normal monthly committee meetings on Monday from 9:30 a.m. until 1 p.m. See the agenda.
The council has also called a special 12:45 p.m. meeting to cast a vote on a $28 million bond package to fund a waterworks and sewer system revenue parity bond. Town councilmen are also set to discuss a local option sales tax factor at the same meeting. See the agenda.
