Dunkin’ Donuts, America's favorite all-day, everyday stop for coffee and baked goods, is celebrating the most wonderful time of the year with the grand opening of its Mt. Pleasant restaurant located at 1683 Johnnie Dodds Blvd., with a fresh new look to better serve its guests. The new restaurant with a drive thru for busy guests on-the-go opened on Tuesday, December 3 and marks the third location in Mt. Pleasant.
The new Mt. Pleasant location is open 5 a.m. to 10 p.m., seven days a week, and employs approximately 30 crewmembers. The restaurant is 3,500 square feet and features comfortable accommodations for its guests with interior booths, soft and traditional seating.

In addition, the restaurant features next-generation LED, eco-friendly lighting with special Dunkin’ Donuts orange pendant lamps to give the perfect illumination to any setting. When guests order from a full menu offering, they can choose using a new Digital Menu Board system comprised of four large LCD monitors, which bring Dunkin Donut’s products to life in a four-color, highly animated style. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the restaurant.

"We are very excited to celebrate the opening of our third Mt. Pleasant location,” said George Ross, Dunkin’ Donuts franchisee of Mt. Pleasant HC, LLC. “We look forward to continuing to serve the city of Mt. Pleasant and the surrounding areas, and exceed guest expectations complemented by delicious menu items at an affordable price.”
As for the menu, new flavors and treats available now through the end of the year at Charleston-area Dunkin’ Donuts restaurants:
• Holiday Coffee and Lattes, including new Red Velvet and Eggnog: Dunkin’ Donuts’ special seasonal selection includes new Eggnog Latte, a rich, creamy treat made with real lite eggnog and topped with cinnamon. Available hot or iced along with three other flavored lattes, including a new Red Velvet Latte.
• Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate: Dunkin’ Donuts’ new Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate offers a blend of sweet and salty flavors in every sip. Dunkin’ Donuts also serves several other varieties of hot chocolate, such as Mint Hot Chocolate, White Hot Chocolate, Dark Hot Chocolate and classic Hot Chocolate.
• Peppermint Mocha and Hot Cocoa K-Cup® packs and packaged coffee: Perfect for holiday parties or gatherings, and sold exclusively at participating Dunkin’ Donuts restaurants, Dunkin’ Donuts’ Peppermint Mocha and Hot Cocoa K-Cup® packs make this favorite holiday flavored coffee available at home for use with the Keurig® K-Cup® Brewing System.
• Red Velvet Drizzle Donut: Dunkin’ Donuts’ Red Velvet Drizzle Donut is a glazed red velvet cake donut with cream cheese icing drizzle.
• Holiday Star Donut: A star-shaped, Bavarian Kreme-filled donut topped with green icing and white star sprinkles.
