Fast-Moving Tropical Storm Chantal Forms
Storm on path for Caribbean landfall by Tuesday.

A fast-moving tropical storm could make landfall in the Caribbean in the next 36 hours. Its track thereafter is unclear.Â
Tropical Storm Chantal is the third named storm of the 2013 Atlantic Hurricane Season. It was officially named Sunday evening. The fast-growing system bypassed the tropical depression designation and was named a storm immediately.
Barbados, Dominica, Saint Lucia, Martinique and Guadeloupe have been issued warnings of the storm's impact by Tuesday. If the system survives, it could Dominican Republic, Haiti, and Cuba, but those hilly nations often disrupt storms, so the path thereafter is unclear.Â
