Law Firm Expands to Greenville

Clawson and Staubes partners with Midland practice.

A law firm with branches in Mount Pleasant and Charlotte announced Wednesday the opening of a Greenville office effective April 1. Clawson and Staubes LLC is combining forces with Hammack Law Firm P.A. of Greenville.

"This exciting opportunity allows us to serve our collective clients with greater resources and a larger geographical footprint," Clawson and Staubes said in a news release. "With this expansion, the firm will have a total of 35 attorneys and, with a platform of Charleston, Greenville, and Charlotte offices, will be able to serve clients throughout South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia."

The firm provides legal services including insurance defense, insurance coverage opinions, personal injury, premises liability, admiralty and maritime, wrongful death, trucking and transportation, municipal law, product liability, construction defect, and worker's compensation, as well as a broad range of business practice areas including taxation, estate planning, bankruptcy, residential and commercial real estate and business litigation.
